In collaboration with our suppliers we have launched a project which, through the use of clean energy, waste recycling and the purchase of ecological materials, increases awareness and drives change to ensure a reduction in our sector’s contribution to the crisis climate.
Our policy is to urge our production chain to take the necessary measures to reduce its environmental impact and improve its preparation by obtaining and maintaining FSC accreditation and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management.
The most significant aspect of our environmental impact lies in the paper we use (because the paper production process requires a lot of energy) and through its impact on forests. We recognize that sustainably sourced materials have a lower environmental impact.
FSC certification allows products to be manufactured according to the verifiable FSC Chain of Custody, and RGM’s goal is to achieve 100% use of paper that comes from sustainable and known sources.
As part of our environmental commitment we are evaluating every opportunity to reduce the use of single-use plastic through research into innovative and alternative packaging solutions.
